Commercial Terms
- Pricing, taxes, and renewal obligations are governed by invoice and signed proposal.
- Activation or provisioning of software usually marks non-cancellable commitment for that cycle.
Support Boundary
- Tekvista support scope is defined by plan, SLA, and vendor escalation matrix.
- Feature roadmaps and upstream bug fixes remain subject to software publisher control.
