General Refund Framework
- Advance retainers and discovery fees are generally non-refundable once engagement starts.
- Milestone-based work is billable for accepted deliverables and effort completed.
- Refund eligibility is evaluated against approved scope, delivery evidence, and signed terms.
Subscription and License Components
- Third-party licenses, cloud fees, and OEM subscriptions follow provider refund rules.
- Provisioned license keys or activated subscriptions are typically non-refundable.
Escalation Process
- Send refund requests to alok@tekvista.in within seven business days of invoiced dispute.
- Include invoice number, project reference, and reason for refund review.
